Corn & Bean Salsa Dip

Manifesting summer with this refreshing and healthy corn and bean "salsa" that is perfectly paired with some corn chips! Gluten, dairy, AND nut free!

Corn & Bean Summer Salsa:

  • 1 can of corn, drained and rinsed

  • 1 can of black beans, drained and cold rinsed

  • 1/2 cup - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced

  • 1/2 - 1 whole red onion

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • Lime & lemon juice

  • Sea salt to taste


It's as easy as mixing everything together into a bowl and then adding the lime juice, lemon juice. and sea salt until it tastes how you want it! Start very small with the juices. Add salt first then add small portions of the fresh-squeezed juices until the salsa meets your standard!
