Service Description
This dynamic Yoga-Pilates Fusion class combines the mindful movement and breathwork of yoga with the core-strengthening, alignment-focused exercises of Pilates. Designed for all levels, the class begins with grounding yoga poses to warm up the body, transitions into Pilates-based core and stability work, and ends with gentle stretching and relaxation. You’ll build strength, improve posture, increase flexibility, and leave feeling centered and refreshed. Modifications are offered throughout, so you can move in a way that feels right for you—no matter your experience level. This class is FREE for the community! Please bring your own mat to this class.
