Easy Avocado Toast

Avocado toast is all the craze right now - and there are so many variations of this delicious and nutritious snack that we just had to give it a try ourselves! Here is our super easy but flavorful version of the avocado toast.

Gluten, dairy, and nut free for those of you with allergies!

Easy Avocado Toast, RFL style:

  • 2 pieces Little Northern Bakehouse gluten, egg, and dairy free bread - HONEY OAT (Link: Sprouted Honey Oat - Little Northern Bakehouse)

  • 1/2 fresh and organic avocado

  • 3-5 cherry tomatoes, diced

  • Mixed Microgreens

  • Everything but the bagel seasoning

  • Redmond's Pink Himalayan sea salt

First, toast that incredible bread! While the bread is toasting to get a lil crispy, cut your avocado in half and take a fork to it to smash it in the avocado shell. Dice those little tomatoes to the size your mouth prefers. When your bread is toasted, place the avocado on top and smear it across with your fork. Place the tomatoes and microgreens on top with a bit of Redmond's salt and that amazing everything but the bagel seasoning and you've got yourself an amazing snack to give you the sweet and savory energy you need for the rest of your day!
