Peanut Butter & Coconut Dates (sweet healthy treat!)

Dates are the most simple form of nature’s candy! With no added gross ingredients, this dessert will give you sweet, a little savory, a little salty, and no guilt!


dates have good fiber and 50% more potassium than bananas! What’s not to love?

PB & Coconut Dates:


•3-4 dates, pitted (pit taken out)

•Natural peanut butter

•Unsweetened coconut flakes

•Sea salt


It’s as easy as pitting your dates and splitting them open a bit more to make room for a dab of peanut butter, topping with coconut flakes and sea salt and enjoying!
