Plant-Based High Protein Pasta

This delicious vegan protein pasta has over 20g of protein per serving and tastes AMAZING 😍

High Protein Chickpea Pasta with Tofu & Mozzarella:


•1 package of Banza Chickpea Spaghetti

•1 package of firm or extra firm tofu, crumbled

•Cherry Tomatoes, chopped

•1/3-1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped

•1/2 block of Miyoko’s Vegan Mozzarella, diced

•Seasoning of choice for tofu - I use a paleo seasoning from the health section of Hyvee that I love. it had a Mexican flavor to it!

•Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzle


Cook pasta as instructed. As pasta is cooking, crumble tofu into pan and season Like you would ground meat. Don’t be afraid to keep it in the pan for a long time! Add tomatoes as tofu cooks and season the mix more. Right before you take the tofu off, add in the fresh basil until fragrant and then separate pasta into 4 bowls. Now separate the tofu mix into the 4 pasta bowls evenly and place diced cubes of vegan mozzarella between the bowls evenly. drizzle the tops with a bit of EVOO and enjoy this delicious protein/packed dish!
