Pumpkin Bread

Healthy Ingredient Pumpkin Bread 🍞

Super moist and delicious with no preservatives or icky ingredients!

Gluten and dairy free!

Vegan & GF Pumpkin Bread:


• 1 cup pumpkin purée

• 1 cup toasted coconut almond milk (any non-dairy milk would work)

• 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

• 1/3 cup melted vegan butter (We love Miyoko’s!)

• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar


• 1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder

• 1 tsp baking soda

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• 1 cup gluten free 1:1 substitute baking flour

• 1 cup gluten free pancake baking mix (Aldi find!)

•OPTIONAL (but amazing): 1/4 cup vegan white chocolate chips


Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix wet ingredients together in a bowl and then add cinnamon. Next, add the baking soda and powder. Finally, add the flours in slowly. careful not to overmix! Simply mix until combined and then let sit while you prepare the mini-bread tins. bake for approx 30 mins, depending on size of tins. Check mini-loaves every 5 minutes between 25 and 40 minutes By placing a fork or toothpick in the center and they are done when it comes out fairly clean!
