Single Serving Mug Cake

The perfect dessert or even a sweet yet healthy breakfast option! If you like the texture and sweetness of a cake but not too sweet, this mug cake will be perfect for you 🍰 It is super easy to make and tastes amazing with only natural sweetener!

Single Serving Almond Flour Mug Cake:

•4 TBSP oat flour (ground up oats)

•2 TBSP almond flour

•1/8 tsp baking soda

•1/8 tsp baking powder

•Pinch of salt

•Dash of cinnamon

•1/2 tsp pure almond extract

•2 TBSP pumpkin puree

•2 TBSP pure maple syrup

•2 TBSP almond milk

Mix everything together thoroughly and scrape the excess down the sides of the mug. Place in microwave for 1 and 1/2 minutes and then top with nut butter of choice and chocolate chips or whatever you feel like!
